I worked with Chelsey to select a fragrance for my mother. Chelsey’s creations are beautiful, and I was able to find a unique and perfectly-suited scent that was hand-blended and delivered to my mom for her birthday. She’s replaced her Chanel No. 5 with her Atelier Madrona perfume and loves it!

I worked closely with Chelsey during her years at our perfumery school in Paris, Cinquieme Sens.  She was an excellent student learning about perfume’s creation.  Mastering perfumery required her to memorize hundreds of scents; she worked hard, did it very well, and showed that she was ready for the next step: composition. She understood rapidly how to combine ingredients to obtain harmony into scents. I was impressed by her capacity to understand the role of each ingredient in the composition. She has all qualities to be a great perfumer: imagination, creativity and sensitivity.

Working with Chelsey at Atelier Madrona was a fascinating process, unlike anything we've done before. We were introduced to the world of fragrance in such a creative and thoughtful way. Chelsey's great strength is not only her beautiful sensibility, but also the ability to really listen and interpret what we desired from our fragrance — creating an entire story within the scent.
